We had stir fry for dinner last night with veg from the farm. I love when this season comes and we can start using fresh, local, organic ingredients in our meals. The bok choy and the scallions were from the farm. I added peppers, carrots, celery, garlic and water chestnuts. Served over basmati rice (2/3 white 1/3 brown) it was delicious. No leftovers.
