breakfast
Thanks to Kim over at Large Family Logistics I garnered this recipe for a Dutch Puff. I made it for breakfast and it was really delicious. It does puff a LOT so you really do need a 9 x 13 pan. We served it with two choices of toppings: Maine blueberries/maple syrup and a peach compote. Served with crusty bread, fresh juice and some soy sausages it was a really nice breakfast.
Next time I think I'll try her suggestion for halving the recipe as it is a lot and very filling.
